Job description
At NMR, it’s our goal to create a fun workplace where hardworking people can thrive! NMR is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will have an opportunity to work with accounts that have locations all over the country!
We are looking for a self-starter to join our passionate team of Marketing Specialists. This person would be responsible for managing websites, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns. Also would be the point of contact for at least 100 small to medium sized businesses. We understand that our employees have commitments outside of work, we offer flexible schedules including a 4 day work week.
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting a wide range of customer initiatives. Maintains effective customer service and sales skills in order to conform to service standards and measured goals. Works with a group of customers to provide personalized service through both inbound and outbound calls, email and other communication mediums. Within customer grouping, works to identify key decision makers in order to develop and maintain strategic business relationships. Works to meet company standards and offer customers a quality online experience through web, social media and email marketing services.
Education/Experience
Bachelors Degree preferred, or Associateās degree and combination of education and relevant experience.
Customer service experience a must.
Online Marketing experience preferred.
